In 2008 Simplex Westpile, along with the whole of the Bachy Soletanche Group in the UK, launched our behavioural safety initiative HOMESAFE.
HOMESAFE sets out to make us think of the consequences of our actions before we do them and to carry the high standard of Health and Safety at our Workplace to our home and family lives. Aided by humorous cartoons we are encouraged to consider the dangers to us of simple activities we undertake on a daily basis.
Within this initiative we also target individual areas of our work where we consider improvements are required. At each of our sites you will see the effects of these initiatives and we welcome your involvement in HOMESAFE by completing an observation card should you wish to comment on our activities.
