New West London Residential Development

Simplex Foundations is currently installing rotary bored load bearing piles into a new architect designed residential development in Chelsea.
The site on the corner of Hortensia Road and Fulham Road is being developed by Manhattan Loft Corporation in collaboration with The Osborne Group and is being marketed as Chelsea Apartments.
The new construction is to comprise 25, one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments, with a penthouse on the sixth floor.
Simplex is installing a total of 163 350mm and 450mm diameter piles using two Soilmec rigs and crews on site, supported by one crane.

Architects are Dixon Jones. The Main Contractor is HG Construction. The value of Simplex contract is £145,000.00. The building is expected to be available for occupancy in Autumn 2010.
