Strongford STW Storm Water Improvements
DAWSON-WAM and Simplex Foundations are each engaged in sub-contracts for the installation of two different types of piling for the preliminary construction works of new storm water tank facilities for the £8m Strongford Storm Scheme for which the Principal Contractor is Black & Veatch, a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company.

Trinity Walk Shopping Centre, Wakefield
Simplex Foundations completed piling on the £210m Trinity Walk Shopping Centre Wakefield development for Main Contractor Shepherd Construction at the end of November following a three month £1.5m contract which included installation of approximately 300 linear metres, rotary bored contiguous piled retaining wall, and 500 tubular steel driven foundation piles.
Aerodrome Road, Barnet
Westpile and Simplex Foundations joined forces to deliver a piling contract, consisting of 8 2.1m diameter piles to a depth of 24m, and 106 900mm diameter piles to 16m depth in a £2m joint venture project for main contractor, Norwest Holst Limited.

Westpile is installing a total of 2,456 CFA piles within the Wilton International integrated petrochemical site on Teeside to enable the construction of the first indigenous world scale bioethanol production facility in the UK for Ensus (UK) Limited.
