Simplex Westpile piling for Premier Inn, Ealing

Simplex Westpile are currently undertaking piling for the new Premier Inn Hotel to be constructed neighbouring the prestigious Ealing Council Offices in Uxbridge Road, Ealing, West London.
Middlesex University Extensions

Simplex Foundations is installing a total of approximately 1200 piles at the new Middlesex University Arts and Media Centre complex which is underway at the Universities’ Hendon Site by VINCI Construction UK.
Regent’s Canal Bridge

Westpile has installed two pairs of 750mm diameter rotary bored foundation piles, some of which cut through the existing canal walls, for the North and South abutments to the new Regent’s Canal Bridge to be constructed as part of King’s Cross Central’s Eastern Goods Yard Project in central London for which the main contractor is BAM Construction and the client Argent (Kings Cross) Limited.
New West London Residential Development

Simplex Foundations is currently installing rotary bored load bearing piles into a new architect designed residential development in Chelsea.
The site on the corner of Hortensia Road and Fulham Road is being developed by Manhattan Loft Corporation in collaboration with The Osborne Group and is being marketed as Chelsea Apartments.
Bridge Foundations, Peterborough

The Westpile division of Bachy Soletanche is carrying out installation of foundation piling for two bridge abutments at a new road bypass currently under construction in Stanground, Peterborough.
Simplex Installs M40 Road Bridge Piling

Simplex Foundations installs preliminary test piles and working bearing piles for the construction of a new road bridge spanning the M40 Motorway as part of the M40 Junction 15 (Longbridge) Bypass currently underway in Warwickshire.
Eastern Goods Yard, Kings Cross

Westpile has completed this phase of its piling works for the major project scheduled to unfold over the next ten years for the massive King’s Cross Central redevelopment behind Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations in Camden, North London.
Trinity Walk Shopping Centre, Wakefield

Simplex Foundations completed piling on the £210m Trinity Walk Shopping Centre Wakefield development for Main Contractor Shepherd Construction at the end of November following a three month £1.5m contract which included installation of approximately 300 linear metres, rotary bored contiguous piled retaining wall, and 500 tubular steel driven foundation piles.
Aerodrome Road, Barnet

Westpile and Simplex Foundations joined forces to deliver a piling contract, consisting of 8 2.1m diameter piles to a depth of 24m, and 106 900mm diameter piles to 16m depth in a £2m joint venture project for main contractor, Norwest Holst Limited.
